To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:
Be unused and in perfect condition;
Include the original packaging, seals, and intact labels;
Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of order.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns of the following:
Personal care or beauty products that have been opened (e.g., glues, primers, brushes, lash tools, serums, etc.);
Sale items marked as Final Sale;
Customized or made-to-order kits.

After reviewing your request, our team will send you detailed instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed according to the original payment method:
Credit card: within 10 business days (depending on the card issuer);
Zelle transfer: within 5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed error or defect on our part.
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
