All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email (or WhatsApp message, if applicable) with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Currently, we only ship orders within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations at this time.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or issuing a replacement/refund when applicable.
Customers located near North Bergen, NJ, may choose local pickup instead of delivery.
